Feel free to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation.

Deadline for submission of abstracts for Oral Communications

Deadline extended to April 25

After this date only abstracts for poster presentation will be accepted.

Deadline for submission of abstracts for Poster Presentations

After this date we might process abstracts for poster presentation only until we reach the limit of capacity.
Since we have been able to allocate additional space for poster presentations, submission of abstracts is possible until August 15.

Announcement of acceptance

By this date you will be informed about the decision of the scientific committee (at the latest).

Registration starts

Online registration (and payment of conference fees) will be available.

Early bird registration ends

Register with the reduced registration fees until this date.
Extended to August 28
